Support the Campaign

With the help of The Bridge, literally thousands of Jacksonville’s kids have remained in school and improved their academic performance; teens have avoided unwanted pregnancy, delinquency and recidivism; students have received scholarships and families have been supported in their efforts to raise productive, responsible children. Now with The Weaver Zone, there is an opportunity to touch even more lives.

Campaign Goal in Sight

Thanks to the efforts of Campaign Co-Chairs Poppy Clements and Terry Walton, and Weaver Zone namesake Delores Barr Weaver, The Bridge's capital campaign to fund renovations to the former Beulah Beal School is nearly complete.  To date, the campaign has raised over $3.85 million dollars and just $150,000 is needed to achieve our $4 million dollar goal.
