To promote positive sexual health through education and information
with the goal of preventing teen pregnancy, sexually transmitted
diseases and HIV/AIDS.

Straight Talk is provided
through a partnership with the Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation.
Straight Talk provides gender specific and coed sexual health classes,
weekly sexuality RAP sessions, community outreach, parent and family
educational workshops and age appropriate group lessons and counseling
for youth ages 10-17.

Straight Talk
Highlights:
- Over 227 youth participated in human sexuality classes
- 100% of active youth have
successfully refrained from pregnancy.
- 24 girls age 9-15 completed The Bridge Cultural Connection Curriculum
- 25 boys age 10-12 completed Male Responsibility classes
- Over 200 youth attended sexuality classes during summer camp
- 8 peer educators with 2 adults went to Washington DC to attend Youth Summit
- 162 youth attended 8 teen summits, a monthly get-together to talk about teen topics
- 89 first time
clinic patients received Clinic Rap education sessions about
reproductive anatomy and physiology, birth control, abstinence and
sexually transmitted diseases
- 2 Youth selected to fly to Washington D.C. for 10th Anniversary Teen Pregnancy Campaign Dinner honoring Hillary Clinton
- 495 youth met with peer educators to talk about their concerns
