Teen Adolescent Health Clinic Partnership

Process: Referrals are received from Duval County Health Department,
other patients, various local hospitals and agencies and from Bridge programs
- Program Goal: Providing comprehensive medical services to children and youth living in at-risk, low income areas.
This
long standing partnership between The Duval County Health Department
and The Bridge provides at risk youth and families with comprehensive
medical services.
Clinic Services:
- Referrals for mental health testing, dental and eye exams, counseling
- Back to School basic physicals
- STD testing and treatment
- Anonymous and Confidential HIV/AIDS counseling and testing
